‘Transformers’ Muscles ‘Half-Blood Prince’ out of IMAX Theaters
Sorry, Potter-heads; if you’re hoping to catch Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in an IMAX theater when it opens on July 15, you’re probably out of luck.
MTV.com reports that Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has been booked in the majority of IMAX theaters for the month of July, muscling the latest wizard epic out of most IMAX venues until July 29.
The good news? If you live in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, you may be able to catch Half-Blood Prince in IMAX format before then. Provided you can score a ticket in what will surely be a frenzied demand for tickets.
Maybe there’s a spell you can cast to help you with that?
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be showing in IMAX format starting July 15 at New York’s AMC Loews Lincoln Square, Chicago’s Henry Crown Space Center and the Museum of Science and Industry and Los Angeles’ Century City IMAX.

Well i think Harry potter should be in it because its a big movie too, and its actually opening in July. transformers was a kick ass movie, but it shouldn’t hog the imax
