Trespasser Arrested at Britney Spears' House

One of Britney Spears' fans allegedly got a little too close to the "Womanizer" singer on Thursday morning.

TMZ reports that police arrested 26-year-old Miranda Tozier-Robbins at approximately 10:50 a.m. yesterday after private security noticed the woman acting suspiciously outside of Spears' Calabasas, California, home.

Tozier-Robbins, who was wearing camouflage fatigues and carrying a backpack and video camera, was said to be peering into the windows of Spears' house. Security asked Tozier-Robbins to leave, but she "balked at their requests" and was physically removed from the property.

Soon after, sheriffs arrived and booked the alleged intruder on trespassing and disorderly conduct charges. She is expected to appear in court on June 16.

It's not believed that Spears was home at the time, but she is in town for a two-day stint at Los Angeles' Staples Center as part of her ongoing Circus tour.

Even scarier, EW reports that Tozier-Robbins auditioned for the fifth season of American Idol in 2005, and performed Britney's "Everytime" as part of the audition.

On her blog Idol Fever Approaching, Tozier-Robbins, who listed her location as Fitchburg, Massachusetts, noted that she was a student at the New England Institute of Art at the time.
