While Paris Hilton has been America's quintessential socialite and party girl for the past several years, could she be moving aside for the next big thing? Often the joke of conversations, the leggy blonde has actually changed for the better since she started dating Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden. Don't believe it? Here's the proof: 

  • She said she was going to give back and she actually followed through—generously. 
  • The trashy clothes are gone, but don't worry, some skin is peeking through! 
  • Hayden Panettiere was inspired by her ballads. 
  • At least one dog is alive and functioning. 
  • Benji's style has rubbed off on her, and boy, does she look great in black. 
  • Realizing she had few friends before, she's got a whole new crew. 
  • Paris is actually working. Pretty hard. She's been busy promoting her shoe line and talking to the nerds at Comic-Con. 
But don't fret, she hasn't completely forgotten her roots.
