Twilight Director Says Pattinson and Stewart Could Be Dating
Fear not, Robsten hopefuls! Emma Watson might not have confirmed that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are a couple, but Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke is throwing you a lifeline!
OK! Magazine reports that Hardwicke offered up her thoughts on the true nature of R-Pattz and K-Stew’s relationship at the Young Hollywood Awards on Sunday.
“I think they have an interesting, wonderful connection, so you know…” Hardwicke offered. “What does dating mean? I don’t know. I couldn’t say.”
Catherine Hardwicke doesn’t know what dating means? Maybe the Twilight cast is right in suggesting that she doesn’t have much on the ball.
“People love to talk, so let them have fun talking,” Hardwicke added.

I do wonder why Catherine didn’t flat out deny the rumours rather than encourage the speculation. When she told Rob he got the lead for Twilight, she also warned him off Kristen because Michael Anganaro is her friend so you’d think she’d have a clue if they were still an item and then just squash the rumours when asked about it. Whilst her stance seems odd, it doesn’t prove that Rob and Kristen are dating. They could still be the extremely good friends they have been since meeting, who have been brought that much closer by having to suffer the pressure and pitfalls of suddenly being in the media glare – especially as there can’t be many people they can really trust. Or I could be completely wrong & they are a couple.
Either way, they are both very fortunate to have each other so good luck to them :)
I see it diferently….Catherine had always looking to me like she would love to see them togheter and ALWAYS talking about the famous audition in her house(The kiss bla bla) She said she saw “the sparkling and the conection between them”.Iam pretty sure she knows what is she talking about, and I think that her at the same time can’t be the one to confirm it, you know. specially if Summit enterteinment had warned them to stay away from each other and they can not datingThey are not only frends. I wish people would leave the two alone. As actors they have worked constantly together for the last god knows how long so of course would share a very close friendship together. People dont realise the affects this has on relationships when rumours or so called truths are put out there that have no concrete evidence to support this. I hope Michael Angorano has a strong personality and can not let rumours etc get in the way of his relationship with Kirsten

will we EVER know if this is true or not? I can’t believe anything until they say it themselves.. its hard to believe the stuff (i.e. :insider information” “a source close to the stars”) hollywood says.
I feel sorry that they are constantly under a spotlight and a lot of pressure. But I love seeing them together so much. They are so adorable. They make me smile. Love Robsten.
