First of all, everyone’s criticizing Alex over what happened over the past two weeks. He had a bad week, EVERYONE has had those. Just because his career is just now taking off here in the states doesn’t mean that all these stereotypes and rumors need to start flying around. Yes he’s cocky, yes he’s good-looking and YES he was angry about the breakup, but he’s a good actor and he cares about his fans. Is this so-called “bad boy image” causing directors to second-guess their choices of wanting Alex to be in their movies? No.
So, no, I don’t think Alex should ‘soften up his image.’
