@Calvin, the subtitle means nothing, that is put in place by the editors. You can tell the difference between hospital scenes that have permission to film and those that don’t. The producers would have put that subtitle on as a CYA move, regardless. You’re welcome to think what you like, but I have been present in hospital scenes where they did not have permission to film and am attempting to explain ways to get around it. Cheers!
Amber, I hear you. Re Yolanda, she had to step up and stir the pot a little, otherwise she won’t stay on the show. It’s gotten to the point where you can’t judge women’s behavior by whether it would be appropriate in a non-reality-show setting. Yolanda needed to bring drama, and she did so in a way that was smarter than Marisa. It’s just that on every HW franchise there wind up being mean girl teams — ie the blondes vs the brunettes, the talls vs the smalls, you name it. It’s cocktail party cage fighting, and Lisa, Brandi and Yolanda are doing a better/funnier job of it. It can be hard to stand by an opinion when other viewers attack you because they love the other personalities so much; stay strong! xo

George, I think we’re actually on the same page. As I said throughout the video, Adrienne shocked me with how horribly she behaved. My point was only that it might have been overkill on the producers part, kind of like beating a dead horse. She’s despicable..we get it. That’s where the sympathy could potentially come from, whether people feel it or not.
Good for Kim — the blogs are the fastest way to do damage control or give a rebuttal about anything that happens in a particular episode. I can only speak for myself to say that blogging wasn’t a specific contractual requirement, but HIGHLY encouraged. The thing is that you don’t upload them yourself — you send them in to an editor. Again speaking for myself, I was pretty annoyed more than a few times to find my blogs bowdlerized. When we started RHONY, twitter and facebook weren’t popular yet so the blogs were really all we had. Would you believe I didn’t join twitter until 2 years after we started?? As social networking has exploded, blogging has probably become less important, but it’s still a worthy stage if you have something to say (as long as the content only makes other cast members mad, not the network, lol!)
