  WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER OUTFIT?! i mean come on ppl. She IS 18. So she can be a little promiscuous with her stage attire now. She's not holding on to daddy's hand anymore, she's becoming a WOMAN now. I mean, yeah... she's a Disney star, but come on... She's also MILEY.... you know the individual. I love the new look... hopefully, she won't get absurd with her styling, but for all we know, Miley can be the next country, pop LADY GAGA :) I think the media she get their lips off of her every move and let her LIVE as an individual, but most of all, let her find herself as MILEY CYRUS the artist, too.   Hate to say it, but Kylie's look throws me off... I mean it's a mess. Well, let me say the dress is amazing, but the hair does not compliment the essence of the dress. Maybe if she would have worn her up similar to Kim's or even Kendall's I would be more receptive. I think when Kylie turns 16 or 18, she should invest in some highlights. They will make her natural beauty pop a little more :) Overall, Love the Kardashian/Jenner/Disick family. Gorgeous!
