I love that they are such an entertaining family to watch! They’er all funny, dramatic, and there is not one boring episode! I also love that each person has their own personality and the show would not be the same if even one of them stopped doing it! <3
my favorite workout is doing 30 minutes on the treadmill, doing a ladder on resistance. I start out at resistance 8 then go up to 12 and back down to 8 for 2 minutes and do it again for 3 times(:
