
My favorite way to stay healthy is of course eating correctly. Getting a good water intake for the day, having some fruits as snacks, and If I decide to cheat with not such a healthy meal then I just eat with moderation. I hit the gym at least 3 times a week by doing at least 30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of weight training. & lastly, I always have said work hard then play hard. I think having fun and doing things that I enjoy wether it be going out to dance or just spending time with family and friends. I think a good stable personal life will keep you healthy too :)
