Vanessa Hudgens Preps for World Domination

High School Musical star and part-time nude model Vanessa Hudgens is coming to a theater near you. And a radio station. And a TV screen. And a newsstand. And, quite possibly, a state fair.

With the release of her second album, Identified (featuring the single "Sneakernight"), Nessie is blowing up bigger than Kirstie Alley at a cheesecake-eating contest.

The 19-year-old phenom dropped by Good Morning America to pitch her numerous projects, including Identified, which she describes as "just me identifying myself." (Hence the title.)

She also spilled the beans about Rock On, her upcoming flick with former Friends chick Lisa Kudrow, and the hugely anticipated big-screen production High School Musical 3. As if all that wasn't enough, Hudgens revealed that she'll be embarking on a tour of state fairs this August.

Whew! How does she stay sane with all of that flurry and frenzy?

By "just kind of stepping back and looking at how fortunate I am to be where I am," Hudgens offered.

Meanwhile, Hudgens graces the cover of CosmoGirl's July/August issue. Among the topics? Her relationship with HSM costar Zac Efron and relationships in general.

"I think girls can be infatuated with their boyfriends and they have to remember that they come first," Hudgens opines.

It also probably helps to never believe a guy when he says, "Trust me, I'm the only one who's going to see these pictures."

“Vanessa Hudgens just finished filming High School Musical 3 and arrived at JFK yesterday looking casual-cute in a scarf and gladiator flats. Today she headed to the MTV studios in a plaid dress and heels to premiere her music video gem "Sneakernight".

Now I know I've made it clear that this is not my favorite song, but that being said I think it has already reached cult status in my book -- meaning if I'm drunk and it's playing I will be dancing my ass off and loudly slurring the words, sneakers or not.

I think the tweens are going to be responsible for making this song overplayed, so I officially pronounce "Sneakernight" the annoying song of summer 2008. Prepare as necessary.”
