Vanessa Minnillo Is About to Get Real

It only makes sense that a goal-oriented gal like Vanessa Minnillo would eventually land a hosting gig on a reality show.

The Futon Critic reports that actress and Nick Lachey companion Minnillo will serve as the lovely face for True Beauty, a new series executive-produced by Ashton Kutcher and Tyra Banks.

The show—which premieres January 5—will assemble a gaggle of physically attractive contestants who, unbeknown to them, will be judged both on their outer and inner beauty.

The inner beauty challenges—which won't be revealed as such until each contestant is voted off the show—will test the competitors' moral fiber and personality. Such as whether they respect their elders or not.

In addition to hosting, Minnillo will share judging duties with former supermodel Cheryl Tiegs and America's Next Top Model's Nol Marin.

Congratulations to Vanessa Minnillo on her new gig 'True Beauty'. I can't think of anyone more deserving to host the show than her (a beauty queen herself). She is indeed goal-oriented and determined to keep moving up the hollywood ladder. She is a natural celebrity, and she draws the crowd like a magnet. I am also eagerly waiting for her 'Redefining Love' movie.
