Well this isn’t exactly the way we like to see mega-hottie David Beckham. Poor guy looks absolutely terrible! The soccer star was spotted arriving at the Mehilinen private clinic earlier today in Turku, Finland after undergoing emergency surgery on his left Achilles tendon after injuring himself in the AC Milan/Chievo match on Sunday.
