VIDEO: Alexander Skarsgård Says 'Twilight' Vampires Are "Cute"
Things are heating up in the battle of the on-screen vampires.
TMZ cameras caught True Blood's super-sexy, but super-evil, Alexander Skarsgård at the airport and grilled him about his crazy fans and those other famous vamps.
When asked if he ever encounters women who want him to bite them, Skarsgard answers nonchalantly, "Yeah, that has happened a few times." At least he's honest. (And looks to be slightly happy about it?)
But here's where things get good. His thoughts on the Twilight blood-suckers, played by actors like Rob Pattinson and Kellan Lutz?
"I think they're cute....they're adorable."
As you may recall, True Blood's Stephen Moyer recently called RPattz's character the "Slim-Fast, Diet Coke" of vampires. Is Skarsgard also diminishing the fright potential of Twilight's vamps by dismissing them as "cute"?

I love how he cuts Twilight down while still remaining classy. Much love.
I love True Blood and The Twilight Saga but I dont understand why the actors of True Blood have to talk down about the whole Twilight craze. I mean as long as people are watching and are interested then why care? They look more childish then the movie Twilight & isnt that what they are trying to seperate themselves from?
Why do these people keep trying to start a fight with Twi fans? Up your nose with a rubber hose! Be glad you and moyer have jobs and leave the fans and stars of Twilight alone! Geez.
OHH COMMON! TRUE BLOOD HAS WAY MORE SUBSTANCE THAN TWILIGHT, I GET YOU ALL HAVE YOUR TWILIGHT GOGLES ON AND CANT SEE PAST IT BUT AS A FAN OF BOTH STORIES I GOT TO SAY TRUE BLOOD IS BETTER IN BOTH ACTING AND SCRIPT MATERIAL.
I don't think the people from TB care about all this stuff. People keep saying the TB vampires shouldn't talk about Twilight, well they don't from what I see they only respond to questionscomments made to them by press or paps. I do think the acting is better in TB though, but I'm still a Twilight girl to the end.
Twilight fans hate True Blood because it has what they fear most: actual sex.
The Twilight series and the True Blood series are very different. You can't compare them when the writers use quite different ideas of vampire folklore as a basis for their stories. Oh, and just so you will know, the books that True Blood is based on, The Sooke Stackhouse novels, are really good! ALOT better than the HBO series.

Oh yeah, let's compare Twilight ( a thing for the younger crowed) and True Blood. C'mon would some many girls love Edward, if he would be something like the True Blood Vamps??? Don't think so!
And Celebuzz grow up and don't try to start such dim withed fights!
