Hannah Montana sensation Miley Cyrus graces the cover of the latest issue of Seventeen magazine—out on newsstands November 24—and she decided to give E! News an inside glimpse of the cover shoot.

Cyrus—who has been dubbed Style Star of the Year for 2009 by the magazine—also dishes about her formerly dark fashion sense, her love of bracelets, and boots as a fashion panacea.
