While BritneySpears.com has posted more exclusive photos of Britney Spears in the dance studio, new clips from MTV’s For the Record documentary on the pop singer have also surfaced.

“Everyone has a world that they create around themselves. If I have a lot of nervous energy, you know, when I start dancing it all just goes away and I just feel emotion,” Spears, 26, explains in the first clip. “It’s like a rollercoaster.

“People think that you go through something in your life and you need to go to therapy. For me, art is therapy, because you’re expressing yourself in such a spiritual way.”

The second segment finds Britney opening up about her two-year marriage to Kevin Federline. After marrying in September 2004, Spears filed for divorce in November 2006.

“I think I married for the wrong reasons,” she admits in the clip below. “Instead of following my heart and doing something that made me really happy, I just did it for the sake of, the idea of everything.”

MTV’s For the Record airs Sunday, November 30, at 10 p.m.
