Many have pondered: How does Christina Aguilera juggle motherhood and the grueling demands of pop stardom?

Luckily, Max's mom told all during a press conference in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, on the eve of her first-ever concert there. "The key word is 'balance,'" Christina says.

Key to this approach, she adds, is making sure "that I maintain who I was before I had a child."
