VIDEO: Cruz Beckham's Heroic 4th Birthday Party

Jennifer Love Hewitt isn't the only celeb who likes to play dress-up for birthdays.

David and Victoria Beckham's son Cruz turned four years old on Friday, and celebrated with a big costume party at the Xtreme Martial Arts World Headquarters in North Hollywood yesterday.

The birthday boy arrived dressed as Wolverine from X-Men—a costume whose razor-like claws made it an ideal choice for opening presents and cutting birthday cake. Smart kid.

Oddly, by the time he emerged from the soiree, Cruz was decked out in a sort of Iron Man/Spider-man hybrid get-up. He certainly does seem to love his superhero costumes. But then, when your mom's a fashion icon, that sort of thing probably runs in your blood.

Also in attendance: Eva Longoria-Parker, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie. The latter two had their own reason to celebrate yesterday; Joel announced late last night that they're expecting their second child.
