VIDEO: Daniel Craig Displays His ‘Defiance’
Daniel Craig‘s life seems to be all that and a bag of chips lately.
The 40-year-old Quantum of Solace actor has finished up his St. Barths holiday and is back on the promo trail for his new historical drama, Defiance.
Craig hit up the Odeon West End theater in London’s Leicester Square for the movie’s European premiere on Tuesday. The next day found him attending the film’s premiere in Paris. On both occasions Craig had his girlfriend, 29-year-old Japanese-American film producer Satsuki Mitchell, by his side.
Directed by Edward Zwick (Blood Diamond, The Last Samurai) and co-starring Liev Schreiber and Jamie Bell, Defiance tells the story to three Jewish brothers who escape Nazi-occupied Poland and join forces with Russian resistance fighters to help thwart the spread of Hitler’s campaign.
Hmm; there seems to be a lot of that Nazi-fighting stuff going on in Hollywood films these days. Judging from the trailer, it looks like a pretty compelling flick:
Defiance hits theaters in the United States in January 16.
