Video Fun: Vanessa Hudgens' New 'Sneakernight'

Squeaky-clean (save for those nude Internet pics, for which she continues to apologize on her MySpace page) High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens sings the praises of sensible footwear on her upcoming CD, Identified.

The video for her first single, "Sneakernight," has hit the Web, and it has Vanessa giving the camera her best Nicole Scherzinger impersonation, only with a few more pieces of clothing and a lot less obviously concealed genitalia.


The 19-year-old Disney Channel star promises in her song that "basically what we're gonna do is dance," as she warbles soulfully for the listener to "put your sneakers on."

It's only a matter of time before seemingly innocent Vanessa graduates to extolling the virtues of stilettos and corsets.

That "matter of time" will most likely take place shortly after her Mouse House contract expires.

    ARGH!I hate that song.I mean how do you think of that song?Look at a pair of sneakers and go"hmmmm my next song will be about sneakers!"That song drives me insane
