The American Idol Season Six winner filmed the video with director Philip Andelman in Los Angeles in mid-May.

I love Jordin, but the vid is just okay. I'd like hear her do more upbeat stuff. And why would Clay Aiken's ears be sensitive to this video.....there's no screeching! What a stupid thing to say in your article.

It was a reference to something Clay Aiken had said about Adam Lambert's 'Ring of Fire' performance.
I love Jordin Sparks, but I also agree the video is okay. I have already purchased her Single "Battlefield" because I just love it and can hardly wait until July 21st for the CD. I heard snippets of a new song that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! It is called "Vertigo" and it will be on her new CD along with "Let It Rain"......OMG, Miss Sparks is killing me with this new CD!!! You go girl!!
The video is good but, I thought there would be more to it. Love Jordin don't get me wrong but, with such a strong song just wanted more video.
Love Jordin and the video is very nice. Great strong voice and no screeching. Didn't hurt my sensitive ears and I'm sure it wouldn't hurt Clay Aiken's ears either. Why that reference btw? Rather unnecessary IMO! .
Anyone who writes an article sticks Clay's name in it anywhere, whether they can make it make sense or not, so that the google alerts will reach his fans. They think it upsets us. It makes the author look stupid, but it's their security blanket.
Like the song, but the music is competing with Jordin. I would prefer the music to accompany her. If I could edit out that murky music it would sound great.
Oh, and Clay's name in the tag line = hits.

Ring of Fire made my ears bleed, too, so I guess Clay and I have something in common.
