Is Kristen Stewart's character in The Runaways just as clumsy as her Twilight alter-ego Bella Swan?

K-Stew was spotted at the first day of filming yesterday, clad in full-on Joan Jett attire, including some hot leather pants and jacket.

While filming, the 19-year-old actress totally took a nasty spill. Must have hurt!

    she got up and eventually got over it, lol.
    and i find it quite coincidental that both kristen and robert
    had "accidental" run ins while on set, with her falling and him being mobbed and almost getting hit by a taxi.
