Perhaps things are quite serious between Miley Cyrus, 16, and her older beau Justin Gaston.

In a YouTube clip posted by Cyrus and her best friend Mandy Jiroux, the ladies invited the 20-year-old undies model to appear with them as they discussed their favorite things in 2008.

While it's nice to know what the teen set enjoyed, it's far more interesting getting to know Justin: the aspiring singer likes playing his guitar on the beach and "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay.

A bubbly Miley and Mandy proceed to sing and dance their way through the nearly 10-minute salute to last year, where they discuss their favorite places visited, favorite viral videos and enjoy a serenade from Gaston:

 

Like anyone needed YouTube to tell them the pair were making beautiful music together.
