I think they are a special needs squad, meaning all the little girls have a mental or physical handicap. The older girls look like the mentors. A lot of squads have special needs teams.

yeah they were special needs kids and the older ones are there mentors, i know one of the them on the special needs team

miley is one amazing girl. Miley has the heart of gold, she so humble and nice. We need to keep stars as amazing as miley who is making a different on top, so more amazing things come to people who she is helping. love miley she the best.

Miley is the best. She so real and she so nice and positive. she a great role model for those who try to get ahead against all odd in life. This girl is fierce and she so loving and kind to people with special needs. I admired miley so much, i look up to her, and her courage to go against all this media bullying tours her and she held her head up high everyday.

People they are a special needs squad I saw a picture of her with them and it made it quite clear. No one is saying they are special needs to be mean.

Guys they are obviously younger people who suffer from some sort of genetic disease. All the other cheerleaders are older.
