VIDEO: Paula Abdul's Lippy 'American Idol' Performance

Paula Abdul took a break from the judge's seat on last night's American Idol elimination show and performed her latest single, "I'm Just Here For the Music."

While the dancer/choreographer looks like she can still bust a move, Paula's seeming use of a pre-recorded vocal track is mind-boggling, since she is performing on one of the only TV shows that actually values LIVE performances. Her lip-synching wasn't even lined up to the song! You've gotta wonder what Simon Cowell thought?

But maybe we can cut her some slack, since she may still be getting used to life without painkillers.

who the hell cares is she's lip syncing?!?!
its still her dancing and its still her voice, you cant expect her to sing and dance at the same time when she suffers from chronic pain and everybody should just be grateful she released a new album at all

Exactly! Who cares if she is lip syncing, She is freekin awesome, she looks and sounds better than most younger singers trying to do the same!
