Motorcycle enthusiast Pink‘s third single off her hit album Funhouse is the heart-tugging mid-tempo rocker “Please Don’t Leave Me.”

The 29-year-old singer teamed up with hit producer Max Martin for the track, who previously worked on Pink’s singles “U + Ur Hand” and “So What.”

But it’s the somewhat violent video for the song that’s garnering the most attention.

Drawing influences from author Stephen King‘s horror classics like Misery, The Shining and Cujo, Pink (real name: Alecia Moore) holds her boyfriend hostage when he tries to break up with her.

Pink seems to be working through her issues which each successive video from Funhouse.

“So What” had her playing up her split with ex-husband Carey Hart. Meanwhile, “Sober” found Pink dealing with her addictions—and making out with her doppelgänger.

Perhaps now that she and Hart, 33, seem to be back on track, romantically, her next album will have her wallowing in a little less, uh, misery.
