For any worm out there who's been living under a rock, wiggle on out and get some backbone! Kim Kardashian is debuting on Dancing With the Stars Monday, September 22, and she needs your help.

Dancing With the Stars is a competition show. Contestants battle each other in weekly "dance offs" to win a very shiny trophy and opportunities to appear on more reality shows.

Every week, the program's judges send some unlucky, unpopular or just plain uncoordinated hoofer home.
