Jennifer Lawrence served up some serious trash talk on Saturday Night Live this weekend — but before the headlines start, it was all for the first-time host’s opening monologue.

“One thing happened at the [Golden] Globes that I need to clarify,” the newly-minted winner told the audience.

“During my acceptance speech I said, ‘I beat Meryl,’ which is a quote from themovie The First Wives Club. But which some people took me as trash talking Meryl Streep . . . I would never trash talk any of my fellow nominees at the Golden Globes.

“But the Oscars are another story.”

The 22-year-old went on to call Jessica Chastain “more like Jessica ain’t gonna win an Oscar on my watch.”

For Naomi Watts, Lawrence said, “You were in The Impossible. You know what else is impossible? You beating me on Oscar night.”

During the episode’s cold opening, Taran Killam put on his best Piers Morgan face to interview Lance Armstrong, portrayed by Jason Sudeikis.
