Kelly Osbourne Defends ‘Well Rounded’ Miley Cyrus, Talks Workout Regimen! (VIDEO)
Celebuzz caught up with the 27-year-old Fashion Police co-host at Kreiss Furniture’s 75th anniversary party in LA on Thursday evening, who insists the 19-year-old “Party in the USA” singer is completely down to earth:
“I love Miley. We had so much fun [filming So Undercover.] Miley is one of the most well rounded girls in Hollywood.”
Miley has been looking quite slim and fit lately thanks to Pilates and a gluten-free diet. So how Kelly staying in shape? She broke down her workout regimen, telling us:
“I got to a point where I felt like I wasn’t looking after myself again [in a health way], because I kind of just got over it. I got to a point where it was like two solid years of working out everyday, and I just needed a break … I do a mix throughout the week to break it up. There’s workout videos on YouTube that you can do, but even the dancing ones I have trouble with, even though I was on Dancing with the Stars. I feel like someone’s going to see me and I’m going to mess up! I do weights twice a week for half an hour, then I do my core twice a week for half and hour. Then days I’m not doing weights, I do cardio for an hour.”
