Nurse who took royal prank call committed suicide.
In a series of apparent suicide notes, Jacintha Saldanha expressed her anger toward the Australian radio hosts behind the royal prank call that made headlines around the world.

While the contents of the letters were not fully revealed during a hearing on Dec.13, the late nurse reportedly accused Mel Greig and Michael Christian — both of whom have since apologized for the hoax — for her  death, according to the U.K.’s Daily Mail.

Saldanha also lambasted the senior management at London’s King Edward VII hospital for their actions during the aftermath of the hoax, refuting initial statements that the staff had been supportive throughout the controversy.

“Within the letter, Jacintha calls into question some of the treatment she received at the hospital,” the Mirror reported.

Hospital staffers have not seen copies of the one-page letter and refused to comment. The two other notes addressed funeral arrangements, and her thoughts on the prank call.

Meanwhile, Scotland Yard, London’s top police force, has begun investigations surrounding other calls and emails days before Saldanha’s death.

“At this time, there are no suspicious circumstances. Two notes were found at the scene and another note recovered from her belongings,” Detective Chief Inspector James Harman said during the Dec. 13 hearing.

The tragedy occurred after Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton was admitted to the hospital for severe morning sickness — and Creig and Christian posed as Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth in an on-air prank call. The two asked for information about the Duchess during call, which Saldanha then transferred to a fellow nurse.

Following the call, Saldanha, a married mother of two who was reportedly suffering from depression and anxiety, was found hanging by a scarf at the hospital. Saldanha was laid to rest during a prayer service and funeral Monday in Shirva, India. Nearly 2,000 mourners came to pay their respects before a private burial, per the Daily Telegraph (via E!
