VIDEO: Sneak Peak Of Death Cab For Cutie’s New Moon Music Video!
Death Cab for Cutie‘s “Meet Me on the Equinox” music video doesn’t debut ’till Wednesday, but we’ve got a special sneak peek of the video for you!
MTV News met up with the band on the set in Toronto, who were naturally super stoked to be there! They filmed at a spooky mansion on the outskirts of Toronto and worked with the directorial team known as Walter Robot.
They said,
“About eight days ago, they called and were like, ‘Guess what, your song has been chosen as the first single, and now we need a video.’ It was like a rocket ship — faster than any of us could’ve imagined.
It was all, like, waiting and waiting and waiting to see if it was a go, and then all of a sudden, it’s a go and all these tumblers lock into place,” guitarist Chris Walla added. “And suddenly it’s a big machine and now we’re filming a video.”
We can’t wait to see the whole thing! Can you?

Word. They haven’t even been GOOD since 2002, but now they’re going to have legions of little brats that don’t know any better throwing money at them.
And good for them… I just wish they were still making good music, too.
