Robert Pattinson wasn't always the suave, self-assured blood-sucker that we've all come to know and love today.

Before rising to international fame as sexy vampire Edward Cullen in Twilight, he starred as Daniel Gale in 2007's British TV movie The Bad Mother's Handbook. And trust us, he was a very nerdy boy.

Stumbling, mumbling, his face obscured by hanging hair and glasses, Pattinson came across as the antithesis of his current self.
