VIDEO: ‘The Vampire’s Assistant’ Trailer
The Weitz family is really getting into this Vampire thing.
The trailer for Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assitant has just been released, directed by Paul Weitz, the brother of New Moon director Chris Weitz.
The movie, like other popular Vampire sensations Twilight and True Blood, is based on a series of books by author Darren Shan.
According to the IMDB page, the film centers on a young boy named Darren Shan, who meets a mysterious man at a freak show who turns out to be a Vampire. After a series of events Darren must leave his normal life and go on the road with the Cirque Du Freak and become a Vampire himself.
The film stars John C. Reilly, Jane Krakowski, Salma Hayek, along with newcomer Josh Hutcherson.

i will see that and i know that some people will think this is a copy of twilight, but it’s completely different. the story is different, the book is different. i’ll see it! luv j hutch

i loved the books i would have made this into a movie before twilight
i remember reading about the first 5 books of this series and they were pretty good. the trailer isn’t how i imagined it to look tho, but it still does look like a good film, more weirder than other vampire movies.
i mean “reading the first 5 books” not about them, as there are like 12 or something? xD
