Fatherhood is an uplifting experience for Ben Affleck.

The Pearl Harbor actor was spotted hoisting his two-year-old daughter, Violet Anne, today as he and wife Jennifer Garner dropped the tot off at First Presbyterian Nursery School in Santa Monica, California.

Affleck is wise to pump up those baby-carrying muscles; from the looks of Jennifer’s gargantuan baby bump, their second kid will be a sumo wrestler by kindergarten.

Careful there, Ben; Violet is known to be temperamental. With her little feet dangling perilously close to the family jewels, one mood swing and your procreating days could be over.

Then again, you’re used to handling difficult females. You probably know what you’re doing.
