Will Toni Braxton be able to unbreak her heart?

Possibly, but fans of the singer will be heartbroken if they were hoping to catch her act at the Flamingo Las Vegas.

The hotel/casino announced today that Braxton has canceled all upcoming performances so she can focus on her still undisclosed medical condition, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Her show, which has been running since August 2006, was scheduled to run through this August.

Though Braxton's illness is still a mystery, it's quite possibly related to her ticker.

The singer was hospitalized on April 7 after experiencing chest pains. According to E! Online, she had also been previously treated for pericarditis, an inflammation of the heart lining.

"Ms. Braxton's health concerns [are] our first and foremost consideration," said Flamingo president Don Marrandino. "We wish her a full and quick recovery so that she may resume doing what she loves best, entertaining audiences."
 
No word yet if the hotel-tall wrap of Braxton's barely clad litheness will come off the side of the building. Would be a shame, as the Flamingo has said it routinely got requests aplenty for rooms with views of very specific body parts.

Until Toni's fate is decided, fans of melodramatic, schmaltzy balladry will have to look elsewhere if they find themselves in Sin City.
