And here you thought Gossip Girl co-stars and real-life couple Penn Badgley and Blake Lively were raunchy on the set...!

Judging by this photo of the genetically blessed lovebirds strolling through Manhattan's Meatpacking District, they've clearly taken their relationship to a whole new level of intimacy.

Where exactly is Penn's hand? (Or entire arm, for that matter?) In a happy place, probably.
