Winner Vs. Loser: Patrick Swayze Stomps on Shia

Patrick Swayze stole a nation of susceptible hearts back in '87 in the film Dirty Dancing. Nothing's ever been quite the same since. That's why the news of his battle with pancreatic cancer earlier this summer was such a shocker! Luckily, no one puts Patrick in a corner:

Man, Even Stevens seems like ages ago. Curly-haired Shia LaBeouf was transforming into one of the most smokin' stars of our generation. But, of course, he had to take shots, drive off, and get a DUI:
  • Early Sunday morning, Shia was rushed to the hospital for hand surgery after a serious DUI car wreck. 
  • In the car with him was his Transformers 2 co-star, and Adrian Grenier's girlfriend, Isabel Lucas. At 3 a.m. Drunk. By themselves. Harmless, right? 
  • He told the newest issue of Details magazine that he can't control his drinking. 
  • As luck would have it, the other driver is at fault for the accident. What would daddy say?
