The Women, even with its all-star cast, was unable to be saved from the wrath of vicious critics who bitch-slapped the film all the way back to last Tuesday.

Meg Ryan‘s adorable wit? Check.  Eva Mendes‘s curvalicious bod? Check. Jada Pinkett-Smith‘s smoldering sex appeal? Check.  The combination of these three women should make for the ultimate chick flick; not to mention the experience and talent of the other female cast members as well! 

What could these women have possibly done so wrong?  

Two factors must be weighed against each other when deciding to spend $11 on The Women: Its disappointing reviews versus that adorable all-star cast.
