You Mean Paula Abdul Can’t Sing?

When it comes to singing live, wacky psychic Paula Abdul hasn’t exactly been straight up with The Today Show, says Page Six.

The loopy American Idol judge was set to perform her flop single “Dance Like There’s no Tomorrow” on the morning program in early April. She rescheduled for late August.

Now she’s canceled altogether, citing commitments to Idol.

“Please. She can’t perform live,” a source tells the news column. “Her voice on the single is so electronicized you don’t know what she really sounds like anymore.”

The song didn’t take off after Paula’s pre-taped lip-synch performance at February’s Super Bowl. It isn’t about to suddenly sell six months later.

Stick to finding a man, Paula. Leave the singing to today’s younger, more cutthroat divas.
