Not even the swine flu can keep Zac Efron's rabid fans from expressing their love.

The High School Musical hunk touched down in Tokyo on Wednesday to promote his smash hit 17 Again and, as usual, was greeted by a teeming mob of enthusiasts.

Some of whom wore masks to protect themselves from the budding swine flu epidemic.

However, they made sure to write Zac's name on their masks so he'd know exactly who they were there for. As if there were any doubt.

Having been to Tokyo on numerous occasions (the locals refer to me by my more common name: Godzilla), I can assure you that they are more afraid of my fiery and destructive wrath than this silly swine flu scare.

If it means seeing Zac Efron before I die, I would SO risk getting the Swine Flu for him. I would give up a Kidney to meet him. But yeah, he looks beautiful !
