Robert — who shot Brad, 48, and Jennifer Aniston, 43, when they wed in July 2000 — told Celebuzz: “Most women don’t want anything to do with the last wife’s wedding!”
“I would be very surprised if they called me… I mean, if I got to do it, great, but I’m not counting on it,” said Robert, who also photographed Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ nuptials, along with those of Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton.
Brad and Angelina, 36, have not yet revealed plans for their nuptials — his second, her third.
But since the engagement announcement on April 13, Robert said he’s been flooded with emails from pals asking if he’s received a call from the Moneyball actor.
“I’ve already gotten about fifteen emails from friends asking if I’m going to do the wedding,” he said.
It’s an unfortunate twist of fate for the photographer who thought Brad and Jennifer would be together forever. Of course, the couple filed for divorced after seven years together on March 25, 2005, — amid rumors that Brad had been secretly hooking up with Angelina, his Mr. & Mrs. Smith co-star.
Said Robert, “I don’t really pay attention to the Brad, Jen and Angelina gossip, but I was very disappointed when all that stuff started to come out.
“I didn’t believe it. It was a bummer because watching Jen and Brad get married, they were just like two little kids. They were smitten with each other. They were so in love, so sweet, which is why I was really shocked about how it ended.”
Since they split, the former Friends star has moved on and is said to be happy for her ex-husband. Jennifer will also celebrate one year with boyfriend Justin Theroux, 40, in May.
