The “Party In the U.S.A.” singer was spotted heading out of her daily Pilates class flaunting her toned midriff in a belly-baring tee this weekend. Though Cyrus, 19, was showing a whole lot of tummy, she opted for printed pants to complete her post-workout look.
Perhaps she was giving her legs a bit of a rest?
Earlier this week, the bride-to-be was snapped baring her gorgeous gams in short shorts while shopping at American Apparel.
However, when the former Disney starlet bent down to check out the racks, Cyrus gave photographers an eyeful when she flashed a little bit of cheek in her tiny denim bottoms.
As some may say, “If you’ve got it, flaunt it!”
Mari Winsor, Cyrus’ own personal Pilates trainer, recently spilled to Celebuzz about how the Last Song star is keeping fit. According to Winsor, Cyrus works out six times a week at her studio to keep fit.
“In Pilates, every exercise that you do is focused on your abs, or as we call it in Pilates, your powerhouse,” she said. “There are specific exercises where you might feel a little more of a burn in that area but you are constantly using your abs to maintain control of your body’s movement. The one-hundred the double leg stretch and the criss-cross are all crucial to sculpt your abs.”
