The 19-year-old “Can’t Be Tamed” singer was spotted leaving a Pilates class in Studio City, Calif., yesterday, flaunting her toned tummy in a cropped top, Vans Floral Authentic Lo Pro shoes and her latest tattoo.
Cyrus already sports 14 other tattoos, and her newest is a biggie: writing takes over the majority of her left forearm.
What exactly does it say?
According to US Weekly, the tat quotes President Theodore Roosevelt:
“So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”
Roosevelt made the statement during a 1910 speech at the prestigious Sorbonne school in Paris.
In other Cyrus news, the singer — who became engaged to Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth last month — lashed out at the paparazzi yesterday.
I hate paparazzi with a passion. disgusting pigs. (no offense to pigs)
