Music superstar Drake has reportedly dropped a hefty chunk of change on a new 12,500-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills, Calif.

Details on the exact price are vague; The Huffington Post says he paid around $2.9 million, while TooFab has the mansion listed much higher, at $7.7 million.

Whatever the price, Drake’s new home will certainly keep him busy with its many amenities.

Among them: an outdoor pool with its own waterfall (yep), a private hot tub located inside a man-made cafe of sorts, an indoor movie theater and a tennis court.

That may seems like an awful lot for one person, but one can’t blame Drake for shelling out money for such a luxurious pad, given the rough month he’s had, publicity-wise.

In June, the 25-year-old was allegedly involved in a brawl with Chris Brown at W.i.P., in New York, an incident that sent many to the hospital with injuries and temporarily shut down the club.

Brown recently wrapped about the incident in Chief Keef’s new song “I Don’t Like,” in which he says, “They throwin’ bottles, I’m throwin’ models — just because I give a b-tch long pipe.”

Based on that, it’s clear Brown won’t be visiting Drake’s new home anytime soon.
