Musician Andy Grammer gets to go where many artists only dream of: on a nationwide tour with Grammy Award-winning band, Train.

As the 28-year-old singer packs up and hits the road, Celebuzz gets to go along for the ride through his webisode series — getting a glimpse of what goes on when you head cross country with Train and lead singer, Patrick Monahan.

“I’m a huge fan of Train,” Grammer admitted in a the behind-the-scenes video. “I’ve been a fan of Train since way back.”

What else does Grammer reveal in his video?

First stop on the tour is Indianapolis, Indiana, where Grammer gives Celebuzz a sneak peak of a live performance by Train, a band famed for songs such as “Meet Virginia” and “Drops of Jupiter.”

Grammer got his big break into the music industry in 2011, a busy year that included performing on The Tonight Showwith Jay Leno, Live with Regis & Kelly and even sharing the stage with acclaimed singer-songwriters Taylor Swift and Colbie Caillat.

His first major hit single was “Keep Your Head Up” — see the lyrics on DirectLyrics.com — after it became part of the Top 5 at Adult Pop Radio, making Grammer the first male pop star since Jason Mraz to gain that title.

Aside from his singing skills, Grammer has a boast-worthy style, from the looks of it. The singer sported fashion-forward bright kicks as he perused around the venue in the video.
