Logan — and his adamantium claws — are back and ready for some samurai sword action. Directed by James Mangold, the film follows the beloved comic book character, Wolverine, in Japan as he trains with a samurai warrior to prepare for his toughest battle yet.

To prepare for the ripped role, Jackman reportedly ate six meals a day. He also received diet tips from Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson on how to bulk up for the movie.
Johnson suggested that for six months, Jackman eat 6,000 calories a day, which Jackman toldEntertainment Weekly consisted of “an awful lot of chicken, steak and brown rice.”
