“ALBUM TITLE #UNAPOLOGETIC,” Rihanna revealed on Twitter, along with an Instagram snap of the cover.
The artwork features a topless Rihanna covered in black and white words that include “fearless,” “victory,” “censored,” the album title “Unapologetic” and its first single, “Diamonds.”
Meanwhile Nicki Minaj has revealed the cover art for her revamped version of Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. Surprisingly, the singer’s hair isn’t any shade from the rainbow or blonde for the cover; instead, Minaj went for basic black (frizz included).
Both albums are due in stores Nov. 19.
Rihanna and Minaj weren’t the only ones to release new album artwork this week.
Pitbull has also released the album cover for his upcoming seventh studio album Global Warming, also out Nov. 19. The new album will include the rapper’s single from the Men in Black 3 soundtrack, “Back in Time,” his hit “Get It Started” with Shakira and the recently-released jam “Don’t Stop The Party.”
Last week, Christina Aguilera revealed the sultry cover for her new album Lotus, which features the singer posing nude with, what else, a giant lotus flower.
The album, out Nov. 13, will be a mix of “everything I’ve experienced up until this point . . . I’ve been through a lot since the release of my album, being on [The Voice], having had a divorce,” the singer told the Associated Press over the summer.
