Now, competing on the show’s 15th season with Derek Hough, Johnson says she’d love to take home the prize again.
“It’d mean everything to win it again, especially with everything that I’ve gone through in the past three or four years,” the Olympian recently told Celebuzz.
“It’s like redemption that I didn’t get in the Olympics . . . it’s the first person to get an all-star title, so that would be pretty cool.”
Johnson also opened up about her love life — or lack there of.
“Honestly, I don’t pay attention much,” Johnson said, before Hough chimed in.
“It’s hard for her because she doesn’t really put herself out there too much,” he said.
While the pair still have a hard semi-finals to get through this week (they are set to do the Bhangra and Argentine Tango), Johnson’s already thinking about her post-show plans.
“[I’m going to] go home and spend the holidays with my family,” she said.
As for the new year, Johnson is planning on staying in the health and fitness world.
“I’m working on opening a gym.”
Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars airs Monday at 8PM ET on ABC.
