The Kardashians are used to making headlines and this time it’s Khloe Kardashian who’s causing quite the buzz over her sleeker figure — and she’s sharing her secrets to her slim-down success just in time for summer.
“I love food, so I don’t like to go on diets, but I have learned to eat in moderation,” she told Celebuzz at the launch of the Glam Louder Program and Bling It On! contest for HPNOTIQ liqueur at Mr. C Beverly Hills on May 22.
But she plans to have her cake and eat it, too. And that means, no more crash dieting.
“I’m trying to be healthy for life, but I don’t want to sacrifice my food.
“I constantly have snacks now,” she said, pointing to the sliced apples and Wheat Thins she brings with her when she’s on the go. “You get hungry, then you’re like ‘whatever’s the fastest! Get me a burger!’ Now I just make smarter choices.”
And for this Kardashian, that means stepping off the scale.
“I don’t care how much I weigh,” she said. “I don’t know what number I’m supposed to be. I go by how I feel and look.”
Now, Khloe is all about toning — with a little coaching from hubby Lamar Odom.
“We go on hikes and stuff together.
“[I tell him] ‘I can’t get rid of this jiggling arm, help me!’” she laughed. “So he does show me stuff at the house to do.
“But I like to have a girl tell me girl tricks.”
