No crashing here!
Funnyman Vince Vaughn is making good on his investment and leasing out his Chitown apartment for a steep (but not by celeb-standards) $9,500 a month. Vaughn actually plunked down $1.425 million on the townhouse — but hasn’t lived in the apartment since 2006. (To be fair, he bought an even fancier penthouse to the tune of $12 million on swanky North Michigan Avenue, so we get why he moved out.)
Planning to move to a $4M westside mansion, the Chicago native (who will soon be a daddy to baby No. 2) is looking to rent it out to the next lucky tenant who wants to live in the trendy River North neighborhood (a.k.a the cool part of town) called Near North Side.
The 4,063 square-foot Windy City home is loaded with 3 bedrooms, 5 baths, a custom-designed home theater with luxurious seating for 7, a spacious rooftop terrace with skyline views, and a 3-car garage. The spacious place is also equipped with beautiful hardwood floors, state-of-the-art appliances, and plenty of natural lighting.
All that and the fact that you’d be writing your rent checks to everyone’s favorite wedding crasher, sounds like a deal!
