In terms of her musical with Christina Aguilera, Cher hasseen the last of it.

Not one to mine words, pop diva laid it all out in her latest interview with the Los Angeles Times, telling the publication that Burlesque, well, basically sucked.

It wasn’t a good film,” she said of 2010 flick, which has a 36 percent freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes. “It had a few good moments, but I didn’t even like my performance that much.”

“What, I don’t have a brain? I’m old but I’m still pretty on top of everything,” she astutely added.

And indeed the 67-year-old has her finger on the pop culture pulse these days. Aside from — let’s face it — speaking the truth about her much-derided movie and hosting an amazing AMA on Reddit, Cher recently hit the nail on the head about Miley Cyrusawkwardly-inappropriate VMAs performance, telling USA Today:

It just wasn’t done well. She can’t dance, her body looked like hell, the song wasn’t great, one cheek was hanging out. And, chick, don’t stick out your tongue if it’s coated.

Though she did later clarify on her Twitter that she should’ve kept her “big opinionated mouth shut” on the matter, you really can’t say Cher isn’t onto something here.
